Who we are

ICP CONNECTS LIMITED is the controller for personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15881485.

Registered office: East Lodge Kartway House, Lugwardine, Hereford, United Kingdom, HR1 4AE.

For any privacy question or request, email matthew@icpconnects.com.

What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, including enquiries you send us using the forms on our homepage and our websites page.

It does not describe processing carried out as part of client campaigns we run on behalf of customers, or separate outbound prospecting activity. Those activities are covered by separate information.

Information we collect through enquiry forms

The enquiry forms on our homepage and on our /websites page may collect your name, business email address, company name, website address, the service requirements you describe, your budget selection and any message you write.

We use this information to respond to you, understand your requirements, prepare quotations and discuss the services you have asked about.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information (such as health, ethnicity, religion or similar details) in an enquiry form.

Our lawful bases

Legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries and developing relevant business opportunities. We only do this where it is not outweighed by your rights and interests.

Steps before entering a contract: where you ask for a quotation personally rather than on behalf of an organisation.

Consent: optional Google Analytics measurement, which only runs if you accept it.

Providers who help us run this website

Lovable, for website hosting and operation.

Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase), for storing enquiry form submissions.

Lovable email services, for delivering enquiry notifications to us.

Google Workspace, for our business email.

Calendly, where you choose to book a call. Calendly's privacy notice is available at https://calendly.com/privacy.

Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this website and may receive connection data such as your IP address.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics only loads after you accept analytics measurement. Before that, no analytics cookies are set.

Where enabled, it measures visits, where visitors came from, which pages are viewed and non-identifying actions such as clicking a call booking link or successfully submitting an enquiry.

Form answers, names, email addresses, company names and message content are never sent to Google Analytics. Advertising and personalisation cookies are not enabled.

You can accept or reject analytics using the Cookies control on this website, and change your choice at any time. Your choice is stored in your browser and remains until you change it or clear your browser storage.

Analytics data is kept in line with our Google Analytics account retention settings and is reviewed so that it is not held for longer than needed.

How long we keep enquiries

Where a website enquiry does not become a customer, we review the personal information for deletion 12 months after the last conversation.

At that review we remove information that is no longer needed. If there is a justified reason to keep it longer, we record that reason and set a new review date. Information may also be removed sooner.

This review period applies to inbound website enquiries only. It does not set retention periods for customer contracts, invoices and financial records, or separate outbound prospecting activity.

International processing

The database behind this website is hosted in Seoul, Republic of Korea. UK adequacy regulations cover transfers to the Republic of Korea within their scope.

Some of our providers may process information in other locations. Where a restricted transfer is involved, we only make it where UK data protection law permits, including under applicable adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards where these are required.

You can ask us for further information about the arrangements that apply to a particular provider.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability where it applies.

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent to analytics at any time without affecting measurement carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, email matthew@icpconnects.com.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the website or how we handle enquiries. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
